1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using www.ceu4fl.com ("the Website"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Website.

2. Services Provided

www.ceu4fl.com offers online and live continuing education courses for healthcare professionals in Florida. All courses are state and board approved, and we report completed CEUs to CE Broker on your behalf.

3. User Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

All course fees are clearly displayed on the Website. Payments are processed securely. Refund policies are as follows:

Online Courses: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed.
Live Courses: No refunds are available. All sales are final.

5. Course Access and Completion

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased courses. Certificates of completion are available for download upon finishing a course and are typically reported to CE Broker within 24 hours.

Users have up to 2 years from the date of purchase to claim their courses. Any unclaimed courses will be permanently deleted after this period.

All certificates of completion will be securely stored on our servers for up to 4 years from the date of issuance. After 4 years, all certificates will be permanently deleted.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website and its content responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Sharing your account credentials with others.
Copying, distributing, or modifying course materials without authorization.
Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Website's functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including course materials, logos, and graphics, is the property of VRS Express, Inc. and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, VRS Express, Inc. does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the course materials. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Website or the information provided.
